The audit takes place over a half day with ownership to create a full outline of their overall operation, pain points, and business goals.

Once we get the lay of the land, we get to work on the most important piece: your brand identity and guidelines. Here we build out your logo, typography, colors, tone/voice, core messaging and mission/vision statement.

Once the branding is complete, we build a full scale action plan that ranges anywhere between 90-180 days to drive revenue and capture untapped market opportunities. The plan includes: detailed workstreams, a RACI chart, investment thesis, calendar timeline, risk analysis and work stream goals.
